Responsibilities:
* Manage the resolution of quality incidents and follow up on corrective actions within the system.
* Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, occupational risk prevention and environmental management.
* Collaborate in the identification and evaluation of risks in the areas of quality, safety and environment.
* Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
* Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems.
* Develop and deliver training and workshops related to quality, safety, and environment.
* Prepare reports on the performance of management systems.
* Participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents, proposing preventive measures.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality, safety, and environmental policies across all areas of the organization.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
* Specific training in quality management systems, environmental management, and occupational risk prevention (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
* English is a must.
* Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Experience in managing incidents and corrective actions.
* Participation in internal audits.
* ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
* Applicable legislation and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety Directive, waste management regulations).
* Internal audits.
* Incident and corrective action management.
* Quality and environmental management tools (SharePoint, FMEA, SAP EHS).
* Microsoft 365: Office applications, Planner, SharePoint, Forms, Project, WorkFlows.
