Senior Social Responsibility Risk Manager, SR Strategy & Central Ops

As a Program Manager - Social Responsibility within the Global Procurement Organization (GPO), you will develop and implement strategies to uphold human rights and ensure the protection of workers' dignity across our extensive supplier network. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders both internally and externally to integrate social responsibility tools and concepts into our products and services.
This position demands an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment. Key qualities include being a self-starter, possessing analytical aptitude, and effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead diverse stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and implement strategies for social responsibility risk management.
2. Design and envision the future of social responsibility risk monitoring and actions for Amazon's extensive supplier base.
3. Engage with globally trusted sustainability platforms to support Amazon's risk management strategies through low-touch monitoring, ratings, and accreditation.
4. Develop and lead global supplier adoption strategies for sustainability platforms via regional teams to meet social responsibility goals.
5. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
6. Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in program or project management.
* Experience in supply chain management.
* Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
* Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting results to senior leadership.
* Experience leading large, complex negotiations.
Educational Requirements
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields.
* Experience leading process improvements.
