For our European Marketing Center, located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, we are looking for a
INGENIERO/A INFORMÁTICO/A WEB DEVELOPER MANAGER
He/she will be joining a dynamic marketing team and in particular he/she will:
* Lead and manage the development team to ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.
* Plan, prioritize, and manage development projects to ensure they meet business requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
* Create and implement development strategies that align with company objectives and goals and ensure the efficient use of resources.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
* Foster collaboration between the development team and other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of software solutions.
For this position we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with IT and management background.
Also required:
* Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.
* Good communication skills.
* Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Team working capabilities and proactive attitude for learning and progressing.
* Creativity and flexibility to work in a multinational marketing team.
