Responsibilities
* Carry out the annual salary compensation process.
* Validate the compensation processes of increases, promotions and salary changes.
* Calculate and actualize the annual jobs salary bands guaranteeing internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Carry out the company compensation data collection and complete the annual salary market surveys.
* Supervise and validate the company job descriptions.
* Evaluate company positions according to the compensation valuation system.
* Carry out salary analysis of the different positions of the company to facilitate decision making.
* Maintain ownership of maintaining and updating databases.
* Support the worldwide gender gap calculation process.
* Support compensation team with reports and special projects.
* Give support to the deployment and daily management of compensation policies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or similar.
* 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Compensation and Benefits department.
* Experience in evaluating company positions using market evaluation methodologies like Gradar, WTW, Mercer, Hay.
* Proficiency level in Spanish and English (Advanced C1).
* Proficient knowledge of MS‑Office suite (Excel).
* SAP HR/other ERP knowledge would be valuable.
* Attention to detail, organizational and strong analytical skills.
* Dynamic, proactive and results oriented person.
* Flexible to changing environment and eager to learn.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with different countries and to work as part of a team.

Benefits
* Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7‑10 to 16‑19h and Friday 8‑15h (with the same flexible start time).
