Structural and Mechanical Engineer – Global Asset Management
Location:
Spain, with consideration for Germany, Italy, France, UK, or other European countries.
Travel:
Up to 70-85% travel required.

Role Overview:
As a Structural and Mechanical Engineer, you will be integral to our Maintenance & Repair Services and Crane Advisory Service Agreement (CASA) projects. Responsibilities include:
* Conducting inspections and QA/QC activities on terminal equipment such as STS, RTG, RMG, MHC cranes.
* Ensuring compliance with structural and mechanical standards during manufacturing, assembly, erection, and repair.
* Managing on-site project execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
* Supporting continuous improvement in inspection and M&R processes.
* Working globally with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
* Education: Vocational/technical or Bachelor's degree in structural, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering.
* Experience: 5–10 years in steel fabrication, welding, mechanical/hydraulic installation, and equipment maintenance.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of structural and mechanical systems, ability to read technical drawings, proficiency in MS Office.
* Languages: Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese (a plus), fluent English.
* Certification: NDT certification (AWS, ISO 9712, or equivalent).
* Travel: Willing to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
