This is a trusted, hands-on position combining safe client transportation with day-to-day client support across our residences.The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, practical, and service-oriented with strong driving skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive, wellbeing-focused environment, providing practical assistance while ensuring their comfort and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Transportation & Driving DutiesDrive company vehicles for:Client airport pick-ups and drop-offsMedical, therapeutic, and wellness appointmentsPre-approved meetings and activitiesEnsure vehicles are:Clean, fueled, and well maintainedDriven safely, calmly, and punctuallyClient Support & Daily AssistanceProvide practical, non-clinical support to clients during their stayAssist with daily logistics and movements between properties and appointmentsAct as a calm, respectful, and supportive presence aligned with recovery principlesAnticipate client needs and proactively provide assistance where appropriateCommunicate effectively with the operations team regarding client schedules and requirementsMaintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.Property Maintenance SupervisionOversee gardens, pools, and general property maintenance to ensure high standardsPlan and monitor maintenance schedules and inspectionsHandle minor repairs and coordinate external contractors for larger issuesManage procurement of tools and supplies, ensuring safe storageSupervise contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to standardxsgfvud RequirementsValid driving license and confident driving experience in SpainPractical problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyResponsible, reliable, and well-organizedCalm, respectful, and discreet approach to clientsComfortable working in a wellbeing and recovery-focused environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clientsWhat We OfferFull-time role within a premium wellness organizationCompany vehicle provided during working hoursStable employment with varied and practical responsibilitiesProfessional and respectful working environmentCompetitive salary based on experience
