Your Role as an International Recruiter
As an International Recruiter, you will work with the following tasks (including but not limited to):
7. Being responsible for your own recruitment projects with existing customers
8. Working primarily with Southern European language-speaking candidates
9. Using your creativity to create eye-catching and informative job adverts
10. Being active on the phone and proactively headhunting candidates using various portals and tools
11. Leveraging social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates
12. Screening applications and interviewing candidates via phone and video
13. Creating candidate presentations and following up with clients throughout the process
14. Matchmaking and building strong relationships with candidates and clients
15. Continuously managing your time to create structure and drive success
16. Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets
To Be Successful in This Role, You Are…
17. Fluent in English and German or Dutch
