The Head of Public Sector – Spain will lead revenue growth, market expansion, and client portfolio performance across the Spanish public sector.Reporting directly to the Chief Market Officer (CMO), this executive will own the go-to-market strategy and lead both New Business and Customer Success functions in Spain. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets, strong portfolio retention, and sustainable growth.Your mission is to build, scale, and lead a high-performing commercial organization focused on long-term value creation in the Spanish public sector.

Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and new business sales strategy for Spain's public sector.Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing Business Development, Account Executive, and Customer Success teams.Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline generation, negotiation, and closing.Ensure portfolio performance, renewals, and net revenue retention across existing public sector clients.Design and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product team to drive demand generation and brand positioning.Represent Simplifae with key public stakeholders, strategic partners, and industry forums.8+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles.~Proven track record of consistently exceeding new revenue targets in SaaS, digital platforms, marketplaces, or procurement-related environments.~ Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading commercial teams in Spain.~ Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation and closing capabilities.~ Data-driven mindset with solid expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.~ Executive presence with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.~ Fluency in Spanish and English.~ Competitive compensation package: fixed salary + uncapped performance-based bonus.Opportunity to build and scale a national commercial organization.Net revenue retention and upsell performance.Sales cycle efficiency and win rate. xpzdshu To apply, please submit your CV in English along with a brief cover letter outlining:# Your motivation to lead and grow the Spanish public sector business.
