Job Description : We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and are looking for FREELANCE Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to succeed.
Attention! Preamble : We are facing difficulties in helping candidates understand the real activities that a TRADER undertakes, which leads to considerable time waste for both sides.
Therefore, let us clarify who a TRADER is and what they do :
1. The trader understands the business and values each customer and supplier they manage;
2. The trader negotiates prices to close deals;
3. The trader understands and intuitively perceives the needs of their customers and suppliers;
4. The trader manages their relationships with autonomy and professionalism aimed at closing deals;
5. The trader aims to close deals and achieve the company's budget goals, with the ambition to earn bonuses.
The trader acts as a partner to the company; in fact, they are compensated with approximately 35% of the profits generated from their closed deals.
Unlike data entry, secretarial, back office, or interpreter roles, traders actively create business opportunities rather than just perform mechanical tasks.
P.S. : We emphasize that we are only seeking HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TRADER candidates who aspire to meet or exceed their budget goals, as the company offers significant bonuses.
Top traders in the company typically earn over €6,000 per month, with no upper limit on bonuses, which are calculated as a percentage of the profits they generate.

As a Freelance Trader, you will be able to :
* Manage and grow a portfolio of customers and suppliers, identifying opportunities for expansion.
* Surpass monthly sales targets through new customer acquisition and relationship nurturing.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through coordinated pre-sales and post-sales activities.
* Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
* Build strong internal relationships and stay informed on market trends.
* Identify growth opportunities through lead follow-up and research.
* Engage with potential customers and suppliers to understand needs and offer solutions.
* Drive the sales process to close new deals and retain existing clients.
* Generate and qualify leads to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
* Source, negotiate, and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with business goals.
We are looking for someone with :
* Multilingual proficiency in SPANISH / GERMAN / SERBIAN / CROATIAN / CZECH / SLOVAK, and at least C1 level in English or Italian; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to adapt to different time zones.
