What You Will Do
As a Solutions Architect, you’ll play a key role in bridging business and technology. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and guide them through implementation and adoption.
This is a highly customer-facing role with a strong consulting component.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture sessions, and onboarding processes.
- Support installations, integrations, and configuration of NeuralTrust solutions.
- Design integration strategies with customer environments (cloud, APIs, data pipelines, SIEMs, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales cycles to provide technical validation and solution design.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Gather customer feedback and work closely with Product and Engineering to improve our platform.
About You
We’re looking for a consultative profile — someone who is technically strong but also business-oriented, structured, and comfortable interacting with enterprise stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong consulting mindset: you know how to manage stakeholders, structure projects, and drive outcomes.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and integration patterns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking with both engineers and executives.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and guide decision-making.
- Experience in AI, ML, cybersecurity, or data platforms is a strong plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role).
