WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Enforce that all employees strictly follow compliance rules and guidelines.
2. Evaluate calls from their respective geos.
3. Provide live coaching to related staff.
4. Identify the issues and report it to the Compliance Manager.
5. Work with the compliance software to ensure improvement in each language.
6. Arrange calibration sessions with entire teams to refresh compliance rules and teach new ones.
7. Take care of tickets assigned by the Manager.
8. Liaise with managers and stakeholders for compliance reasons.
9. Work on any project assigned by your manager covering the scope of the role.
