In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our Field Sales team in the retail channel, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and driving operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating, analyzing, and reporting on field sales performance—turning data into actionable insights that enhance team efficiency and commercial results.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
· Sales Team Coordination : Support sales representatives by managing daily activities and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
· Performance Reporting : Analyze large volumes of retail data and deliver clear, visual reports with actionable insights.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Key Account Managers and Sales Leaders to evaluate execution and drive improvements.
· Promotional & Database Management: Monitor promotional activities and maintain accurate sales route and store data.
· Sales Tools & Incentives : Champion sales technologies and support HR in tracking quarterly incentive results.
We’re Looking for Someone With
· A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· Experience in sales coordination or support, ideally in FMCG or retail.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
· Fluency in Spanish and English, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
