Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect (Arquitecto Técnico / Aparejador) to join our growing team.
The adecuado candidate will have strong on-site experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from planning through execution while working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction works on-site
Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical documentation, and local regulations
Manage budgets, measurements, and cost control
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and technical teams
Control timelines, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
Review technical drawings and construction details
Act as a key point of contact between architects, clients, and builders
Requirements
Degree in Technical Architecture (Arquitecto Técnico / Aparejador)
Minimum 5 years of proven experience, preferably in residential projects
Strong knowledge of Spanish building regulations and construction processes
Proven experience managing construction sites and multiple projects
A working knowledge of both English and Spanish is essential
Valid driving license and availability to travel across the Costa del Sol
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
