Responsibilities Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and assist in the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals.
Analyze regional operational and commercial performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Help align regional processes, resource planning, and departmental objectives with the overall strategy.
Contribute analytical support during organizational or strategic changes at a regional level (e.g. shifts in focus, integrations, or acquisitions).
Monitor and analyze regional industry trends and market developments alongside commercial and technical teams.
Prepare strategy-related analyses and reports for regional management reviews.
Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in strategy, business analysis, or management consulting.
Ideally, prior experience with one of the leading strategic consulting firms.
Strong understanding of business operations and performance management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Portuguese will be a plus.
Familiarity with market research methodologies and data analysis.
