Your Role
As a Senior RF Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of high-frequency circuits and systems (RF and microwaves), as well as Radio over Fiber (RoF) technology.
You will play a key role in strategic projects in the defense sector, driving innovation in our products.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Design RF/microwave circuits and subsystems.
2. Design and analyze electronic and RF circuits and systems (MIL, ECSS standards, etc.).
3. Conduct tests and validation of RF, microwave, and opto-electronic devices.
4. Coordinate the management of test and measurement equipment, following internal procedures.
5. Procure microwave components and opto-electronic technology.
6. Ensure continuous improvement in system design.
7. Act as the technical interface with clients to address RF-related issues.
What We Are Looking For in You
Education: Advanced degree in Telecommunications Engineering, with a specialization in Radio Frequency.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electronic design and analysis in space systems.
Languages: English at a B2 level or higher.
Knowledge and Tools:
* Experience in RF electronic design using software tools such as ADS, AWR, CST, HFSS.
* Experience with Matlab/Octave and Python for simulations and data acquisition during testing is a plus.
* Experience with photonic components is a plus.
* Experience with laboratory equipment for optical/electrical measurements is a plus.
Key Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A professional with the capacity to tackle new challenges and a results-oriented mindset. Analytical thinking and strong synthesis skills to solve complex problems. Previous experience in leading and managing teams of junior engineers.
