HR Trainee (Graduate Program)
As an HR Graduate or Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in this role. You will gain a solid understanding of various processes and support stakeholders at Coty. The role involves attracting, retaining, and developing future talents, developing lean systems and processes, and embedding Coty's values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the Commercial Internship Program
* Establish relationships with universities, including signing agreements and participating in career fairs
* Manage the recruitment process for interns, including interviewing candidates
* Oversee onboarding for new interns and organize onboarding days for new employees;
prepare welcome and onboarding materials
* Develop career path opportunities for interns and maintain contact with supervisors to evaluate performance and areas for improvement
* Manage internship agreement documents, including creation and execution in coordination with universities and business schools
* Lead the annual training plan for the Commercial team
* Coordinate with external providers and internal trainers for training sessions
* Monitor and analyze training courses included in the plan
* Administer the Coty Academy platform to manage training activities
* Manage training subsidies through FUNDAE
* Identify opportunities for improvement

Other requirements include:
* Passion for HR with at least 1 year of intern/junior experience
* Graduated within the last 3 years in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Management, HR, or similar
* Availability to sign a training contract linked to professional placement
* Proactive, curious, and results-driven
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong ownership, autonomy, discipline, and collaboration skills
