We are currently looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Development Project Manager to support the management of a portfolio of onshore wind development projects in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the US-based development team (project developers, land agents, interconnection stakeholders, consultants, etc)
* Coordinate activities and deliverables of internal technical teams
* Prepare project progress reports for the Head of PMO and the management team
* Update and monitor project budgets, schedules and performance metrics
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved
Candidate Profile
Experience and Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the onshore wind sector in commercial, technical, or project management roles
* Strong communication skills in English (C1 or equivalent required)
* Flexibility to adapt working hours to align with US time zones
* Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
* Fast learner with a hands-on attitude and strong team spirit
Qualifications:
* University degree in Engineering or a related field
* Based in A Coruña or willing to relocate
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Additional Qualifications (Valuable but not mandatory)
* Experience in project execution within the renewable energy sector
* Experience in PMO (Project Management Office) roles
* MBA or relevant business education
