THE OPPORTUNITY
Title: Enterprise Inside Sales Representative - German speaking
Location: Barcelona
Position Summary
The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating net new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business, including new prospects and existing customer accounts. This role focuses on transactional opportunities within a shared book of business, requiring close collaboration with the field sales team to execute account strategies, maintain strong relationships, and use a consultative approach to understand and align with the customer’s business goals. Success is measured by meeting and exceeding sales quotas, maintaining high activity metrics, and retaining customers in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Your role in our mission:
* Prospect within an assigned book of business, scheduling remote meetings with potential and existing customers, and increasing product diversity within existing accounts.
* Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25k.
* Maintain outreach through prospecting, networking, marketing initiatives, follow-up, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
* Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, achieving sales targets.
* Partner with decision-makers to align strategies and ensure service level expectations.
* Conduct remote Business Reviews to assess needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Build strong relationships to understand business objectives and align solutions.
* Lead negotiations, ensuring pricing, profitability, and SLA agreements meet expectations.
* Manage responses to RFPs, track activities in Salesforce, and stay updated on industry trends.
* Identify and close new sales opportunities, collaborate internally for successful negotiations.
* Re-engage unengaged accounts and qualify new logos into opportunities.
* Collaborate with teams to drive growth and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Leverage CRM, social media, and analytics to enhance sales strategies.
