International Executive Search Consultant

About the Job

Our client is a globally operating specialist in high-performance coating systems for industrial series production, headquartered in Germany and supported by subsidiaries across the globe. With over 125 years of innovation, they deliver custom-engineered coating solutions, aimed at ensuring the long-term performance and value retention of consumer and capital goods.

Responsibilities

* Drive business development and key account management activities within the automotive sector across Iberia.
* Identify growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
* Develop and implement sales concepts in collaboration with internal technical and operational teams.
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (R&D, production, quality) to ensure alignment on specifications and technical solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure and long-term client relationship management.
* Participate in defining framework agreements, pricing structures, and strategic commercial plans.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.


Requirements

* University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within industrial environments (automotive, aviation, machinery, etc.).
* Solid understanding of technical sales processes and complex industrial products or solutions.
* Professional fluency in Spanish and English (German is a strong plus).
* Knowledge of SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems will be highly valued.
* Strong technical curiosity and solution-oriented mindset.
* High sense of ownership, autonomy, and commercial drive.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to travel across Iberia as needed.
