Your Tasks
* Assist in developing and implementing compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
* Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation levels.
* Administer annual salary reviews and bonus programs.
* Prepare and analyze compensation data and reports for management.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation transactions.
* Manage payroll processing, including wages, deductions, and taxes.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
* Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, and commissions.
* Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation matters.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in compensation, payroll, or related HR roles.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of Spanish payroll regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
* Additional training such as a Master’s Degree in labor relations or human resources and SAP ERP knowledge is advantageous.
* Native or advanced professional English skills.
