* Detect malfunctions or damages in the rooms and public areas and take appropriate actions.
* Oversee the cleaning progress of rooms and public areas.
* Be familiar with the types, locations, and layouts of rooms.
* Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Guest Relations, etc) to ensure service excellence.
* Prepare the daily schedules and shifts.
* Assist in all housekeeping related tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping or RoomDivision Manager.
