The role
In this position, you will work closely with IT Supply Chain and Procurement teams, internal & external development teams, and business teams to specify, plan, design, develop, deploy, and sustain high-performing analytics products at scale, aiming to delight our Business Stakeholders and Receivers.
What you’ll do
As an IT Product Owner - DAPS Supply Chain, you will:
* Engage with Product Managers, Regional Teams, Business Analysts, and Architects of IT Streams to understand the data and analytics needs of Nestlé Supply Chain and Procurement.
* Partner with IT Supply Chain Stream and Corporate Functions, Zones, and markets to understand, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities.
* Support Product Managers/Product Group Managers throughout the full product lifecycle from initiation to retirement, ensuring KPIs are met.
* Drive data re-use across different domains and projects.
* Be responsible for data and analytics products supporting both standard reporting and advanced analytics/machine learning use cases.
* Collaborate with external partners to design and build data and analytics products delivering business value, using tools like Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SAP BW, and Power BI.
* Work using waterfall and agile methodologies, acting as Scrum Master, Project Lead, or Solution Designer as needed.
* Ensure data models and flows comply with security policies and standards.
* Work with colleagues to document training materials and oversee handover to deployment and support teams.
* Support development and curation of data products in the data catalog.

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
* 6+ years’ experience building Data Assets and Pipelines for analytics.
* Hands-on development skills with a desire to lead and coach teams.
* Experience with SAP-BW, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, and front-end tools like Power BI.
* Project management experience in dispersed teams, using Waterfall and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
* Good understanding of Data Engineering and Architecture standards.
