At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated Material Planner to join our EMEA Operations Team.This is a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and components required for EGM (Electronic Gaming Machines) production. This position focuses on securing goods that meet specified standards of quality, quantity, and delivery timelines, supporting the overall efficiency of the supply chain and production operations.Responsibilities:Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement department activitiesMaintains files, logs, records for purchase orders and other related documentation.Coordinate logistics for purchase orders, selecting optimal shipping methods based on cost-effectiveness and urgency; initiate order expediting when necessaryPrepares standard requests for quotation.Exercise judgment in managing pricing updates, order cancellations, discontinued items, alternative product sourcing, delivery adjustments, and invoice discrepancies.Monitor and analyze order backlog to identify potential material constraints.Review and adjust safety stock levels; generate and implement replenishment proposals.Develop and share quarterly parts forecasts with suppliers to support production planning.Minimum Qualifications:3-5 years of related experienceHigh English & Spanish level is a must.
