Reporting to the Legal Director – EMEA, the Legal Counsel – EMEA will support the UK, Spanish, and broader EMEA commercial, supply chain, and corporate teams.

This role is responsible for managing legal risks across these regions by providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, interpreting legislation, developing policies, delivering training, assisting with dispute resolution, and managing external counsel. The Legal Counsel – EMEA will also collaborate with the Global Legal Team as required.
Draft, negotiate, and review all types of contracts across the full scope of EMEA commercial and supply chain activities, including but not limited to:Other key commercial agreementsMonitor administrative and judicial requirements and ensure compliance with legal deadlines.Provide legal advice and support to other areas of the company, particularly on food regulations, wine legislation, labelling, Designations of Origin, sustainability, and environmental matters.Advise the EMEA marketing team on legal issues and risks associated with marketing campaigns and new product development.Support ad‐hoc company projects requiring legal input.Report any potentially irregular conduct to the Legal Director – EMEA.Assist with drafting company policies and creating legal resources.Prepare and deliver employee training sessions on legal issues and group policies.Assist the Legal Director – EMEA in ensuring compliance with data protection obligations under relevant UK and EMEA legislation.Act as a point of contact for external counsel when required.S&R;, Health, Safety, Quality, and ComplianceThe company is committed to excellence in sustainability, responsibility, quality, safety, environmental management, and compliance.

Dual qualification in Spanish and English law.
