Mission
After the initial and on-going pilot in Spain last winter season, we are now expanding our business. Your goal: Grow our camelina presence in Spain. You will be Regenrate’s field ambassador in Spain, connecting with farmers, and agricultural partners to grow and structure camelina supply chains. You will identify the right people, secure contracts, and prepare the region for further growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, map, and activate key partners across various regions in Spain: farmers, cooperatives, agricultural organizations, logistics companies.
* Secure and follow up camelina production contracts.
* Support farmers throughout the entire grain production cycle, including helping them identify technical solutions, whether in terms of agronomy, grain management, or farm machinery.
* Lead farmer communication: sales, onboarding and general support
* Coordinate the collection of key agronomic data points with producers.
* Collaborate with the team to adapt technical itineraries, content and improve processes.
* Develop partnerships with universities, technical institutes, and cooperatives.
* Support the set-up of logistics, storage and transport of seeds and harvest.
Profile
* Experience: In-depth knowledge of the Spanish agricultural context and regions. Work experience in business development, cooperative networks, agri-business and/or crop development is a strong plus
* Agronomic background strongly preferred
* Entrepreneurial and autonomous, able to work remotely and turn ideas into concrete results.
* Relationship-builder, structured and trustworthy.
* Team player : collaborate and co-create with our international team
* Communication: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and good working knowledge of English (Portuguese is a plus)
* Available for occasional travel within Spain, to France and the Netherlands.
