We are currently looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our operation at Barcelona Airport, one of our highest-volume and most strategic locations.

Your mission
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, ensuring operational excellence while driving commercial results and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the team to ensure high performance and engagement
* Plan and organize schedules based on operational needs and demand
* Drive commercial performance through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
* Monitor KPIs and control operational costs to meet business targets
* Coordinate with external suppliers such as cleaning, maintenance and repair services
* Support daily operations when required, acting as a hands-on leader
* Ensure a positive work environment and foster team development
* Report on performance, incidents and improvement opportunities to management
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car sector
* Previous experience in team coordination or leadership roles
* Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented xbhjioe approach
* Solid understanding of branch operations and daily challenges
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Advanced knowledge of Office tools
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
What we offer
* Full-time permanent contract
* Competitive fixed salary between €25,000 and €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience, plus an attractive performance-based bonus and company car
