Investment AnalystWe are looking to hire an Investment Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking, financial creativity, and commercial proactivity. The mission of this role is:
To conduct rigorous quantitative analysis, identify and present investment opportunities, and contribute innovative solutions in the structuring of real estate transactions focused on next-generation assets.Key Responsibilities·Deep analysis of investment opportunities in PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation), Hotels, Flexliving, BTR, BTS and alternative assets of other sectors.·Develop dynamic financial models with multiple scenarios and sensitivities.·Conduct market research and gather data to support strategic decision-making.·Creatively structure deals, including partnerships, co-investments, and hybrid structures.·Prepare executive presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.·Maintain updated databases of transactions and market activity.·Actively support deal origination and maintain contact with potential investors and operators.Profile Requirements·University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.·Postgraduate studies (Master’s, CFA, etc.) are a plus.·Advanced Excel skills, database handling, and financial analysis tools.·Knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, and similar platforms (optional).·High level of English and / or Spanish (C1). Additional languages (e.G., German, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus.·Understanding of Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models and complex investment structures.Key Skills·Critical thinking and structuring capability.·Strong data handling and analysis skills.·Proactivity, negotiation skills, and autonomy.·Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.·Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.What We Offer·Location:
