Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CooperVision. As the first point of contact for Iberia customers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support and service.
Main Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Process customer orders and manage shipments, including handling incidents with couriers.
* Manage returns and handle documentation related to products.
* Monitor backorders and notify customers as needed.
* Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotional campaigns to ensure accurate communication aligned with company objectives.
Teamwork and Collaboration
You will work closely with other departments, including Finance, Commercial, IT, Marketing, and Professional Services, as well as with Coopervision delegations globally. Effective teamwork and collaboration are essential for process simplification, integration, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish.
* Intermediate English.
* Proficiency in Office Suite and Salesforce.
