:
1. Provide technical and service support for instrumentation and reagents.
2. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.
3. Application and field support (Troubleshooting, installing application, perform product validation, solving customer problems, follow up on customer needs/problems).
4. Carry out customer visits to resolve product and technical issues.
5. Leading technical product specification & application discussions with clients & prospects.
6. Providing effective training activities & workshops on applications and instrumentation.
7. Supporting Sales activities in product troubleshooting & complaint handling / investigation activities including the provision of data and feedback to Sales Support.
8. Leading on all aspects of qualification/validation studies & programs initiated with the clients in collaboration with internal functional groups, as may be applicable.
Minimum requirements, qualifications and skills:
9. Master’s degree, PhD (or equivalent) in analytical chemistry, molecular biology or life sciences.
10. Experience of working within Bio-Technical / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical/ Biological, Medicine, Chemical and/or bio-pharmaceutical industries.
11. Field and / or hotline experience in customer support before and / or after sales.
12. Knowledge of analytical equipment in the field of in vitro diagnostics or in a regulated environment.
13. Strong collaborative approach, ability to work remotely / independently, excellent communication skills and ability to efficiently prioritize workload and emergencies.
14. Fluent English (written & spoken) and ideally other European Languages (French would be a plus)
15. Willingness to travel up to 60% of time, in the defined territory and in other areas as needed, which could include international trips.
16. Valid driver's license.
17. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
