In this role you will support the Director of Sales to implement the hotel's sales strategies and drive budgeted revenue. You will lead and develop the sales team, coordinate day-to-day activities, and contribute to the annual business plan. You will build and maintain key relationships across channels, events, and customers, shaping the strategy for luxury-hotel sales. This is a high-impact opportunity within a fast-moving, international luxury brand.

• Lead and supervise the sales team; guide day-to-day activities, set targets, and monitor progress
• Participate in sales strategy meetings and advise on weekly and overall direction
• Analyze market data via sales systems and adjust strategy to meet room and catering goals
• Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure aligned, complementary efforts
• Assist in producing the annual hotel business plan
• Attend customer events, trade shows and sales missions to strengthen relationships with GSO Managers and customers
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury brands
• Experience in MICE and Leisure segments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and business acumen
• Professional presentation and ambassadorial conduct for Marriott Luxury Brands
• Relationships with inbound tour operators, wholesalers, and MICE/event management companies
• Ability to communicate xpzdshu in English and Spanish
• Valid Spanish work permit
• Ability to overcome obstacles and view challenges as opportunities
• Organized, self-starting, and capable of prioritizing workload
