Position: Psychiatric Sales Representative
Location: Community of Madrid
Key Responsibilities
* Meet sales objectives within your territory, managing your area with quality, commitment, and professionalism.
* Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with company strategy.
* Manage accounts effectively, including coverage, frequency, and targeting.
* Analyze data to identify business opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals in psychiatry, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
* Adhere to industry ethical standards and pharmaceutical regulations in all interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
* Completed university degree.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience visiting psychiatrists.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
* Results-driven with strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Proactive, initiative-taking, and capable of working independently.
* Strict compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical codes.
* Willingness to travel and visit psychiatrists within your area of influence.
