We are looking for an experienced and internationally minded Regional Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Bybit’s payments ecosystem across Russia, CIS, and emerging global corridors. This role will focus on merchant acquisition, local payment partnerships, PSP integrations, and strategic growth initiatives for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth.
Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases.
Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction.
Strong understanding of local payment rails, fiat/crypto conversion flows, card programs, and merchant needs.
~ Native local language proficiency + strong English communication skills.
~ Network across fintech, Web3, PSPs, acquirers, or merchant ecosystems is highly preferred.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for payments and cross-border movement.
