Astek is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work with our partner in the pharmaceutical sector, supporting agile delivery and fostering high-performing teams while driving digital transformation in an international environment.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and experience:
5–6 years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3–4 years as a Scrum Master
Solid experience applying Scrum principles and facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
Ex7erience working with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously in complex environments
Previous experience in large or regulated organizations (pharma, healthcare, finance, etc.)
Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify and remove impediments and help teams continuously improve
Experience working with frameworks such as Kanban or scaled environments like SAFe is a plus
Scrum certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered an advantage
