You'll own end-to-end data, analytics and AI platforms, ensuring secure, scalable solutions that support Grifols' digital transformation. * Own end-to-end data, analytics and AI architecture across databases, warehouses, lakes, platforms and AI/ML components
* Architect scalable AI platforms using cloud services, frameworks, governance and security
* Define data schemas, storage strategies and access controls for performance and security
* Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration across systems
* Lead AI product lifecycle from experimentation to production and scale
* Architect and optimize data and AI workloads using Azure, Microsoft Fabric and SAP Datasphere
* Guide governance, quality and standards in a highly regulated environment
* Develop long-term tech and analytics strategy, including innovation roadmaps
* Evaluate emerging technologies for data storage, processing, AI methodologies and enterprise adoption
Responsabilidades
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field
* Master's degree or PhD preferred
* 5+ years in enterprise data architecture (data modeling, data warehousing, data integration)
* Experience with SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and Microsoft Fabric
* 3+ years developing AI/ML solutions in software engineering or applied AI roles
* Hands-on with advanced AI techniques (NLP, RAG, knowledge graphs)
* Strong experience with cloud data platforms (MS Fabric, SAP Data Sphere, Databricks, Snowflake) and big data frameworks (Kafka, Dataflow)
* Proficiency in Python and analytics languages such as SQL, R, SAS or Excel
* English: advanced
* Ability to simplify complex information for senior leadership
* Strong communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams and problem-solving
