YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the property purchase process on the Costa del Sol.
* Conduct professional property presentations (on-site and online) and lead commercial negotiations.
* Actively source and select properties perfectly matched to the needs of private and investment clients.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships and develop your own portfolio of contacts.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and administration departments, as well as local partners (notaries, property owners, etc.).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking candidates who have:
· A minimum of two years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the real estate or premium services sector.
· Fluency in English and Czech or Hungarian or Romanian. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
· Strong skills in professional and effective negotiations with demanding premium clients.
· Mobility, discipline, and independence, with a goal-oriented mindset.
· A high level of personal culture and the ability to build business relationships based on trust and professionalism.
· The ability to work independently, with excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively in a hybrid work model.
· Readiness to work in a dynamic, international environment with a flexible approach to client needs.
· A category B driver's license and access to a car (or willingness to use a company vehicle).
