What You Bring: What You Bring: Requires a minimum of 3 years field sales in freight forwarding experience. Good working knowledge of freight forwarding services, including ocean and air, freight (import & export), consolidation. Demonstrated competence in conflict management, decision making and strategic planning. Strong hunter mentality / good communication and interpersonal skills/Outstanding negotiation skills.
