At AGCO you have a voice and the opportunity to impact our long-term success, as well as your own**AGCO Corporation****is NOW looking for**:**Sales Engineer, Grain and Protein****Location: Valencia, Spain****Who We Are Looking For**The Sales Engineer is responsible for sales to end customers within his/her location scope. The Sales Engineer reports to the Sales Manager Spain & Portugal and drives the strategic direction set within the defined geographic area.Manages sales activities at all levels, including doing demonstrations, conducting trainings and leading presentations for clients.**Wh**at You Will Do**- Develop AGCO G&P; product sales through establishing, developing and retaining direct customer relations.- Investigate and analyze customer and market trends.- Manage sales activities and identify potential direct sales opportunities, drive quotations.- Plan and execute sales activities in order to meet sales objectives.- Engage the sales support team and align with commercial excellence to develop aftersales business with direct customers.- Ensures competitive pricing in alignment with strategic marketing, manufacturing, and product management.- Collects information on specific opportunity (e.G., requirements, budget, timelines, competition) to assess size, likelihood and complexity and add it into systems.- Work with Marketing Department on campaigns / new product release.- Organize and conduct Sales Training, Distributor / Customer Product presentations as required on the various AGCO products.- Provide technical support.**Wh**at You Will Bring**- University degree in Agricultural, Industrial or any other similar Engineering is a must.- At least 5 years’ experience in sales of complex machinery.- Knowhow of the agro industry in the respective regions.- Good level of English, spoken and written and Spanish native speaker.- Percentage of travel required up to 30% - 50%.- Solid PC skill including Microsoft Software.- Good negotiation and communication skills.- Goal-oriented, proactive and team working person.- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships, strong planning and organizational skills.- Experience with Salesforce is nice-to-have.**Wh**at We Will Offer**The opportunity to join a true global company working to provide sustainable high-tech solutions for farmers feeding the world.- Work with a market leading product range.- Competitive base salary with Annual Incentive Bonus.- Full suite of tools for the role, travel expenses, laptop, phone, fully maintained tool of the trade vehicle.- Solid professional development opportunities through AGCO University.- AGCO employees flexibly working environment.If this sounds like your next career move, we would like to hear from you.
