We are currently looking for a Business Developer IT to join us on a project for one of our clients, working in a hybrid model based in Valencia.

🗣 Language: English (B2–C1)
📍 Location: Valencia, Spain Hybrid model (on-site + remote flexibility)
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities (market prospecting)
* Ensure project staffing needs are met with the right talent
* Manage and grow your team of consultants
* Handle client tenders and commercial proposals
* Lead recruitment processes for consultants
* Manage and monitor the P&L of your business unit
Your Profile
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Business Manager, Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant).
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across different seniority levels
* Highly driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to overcome challenges and close deals.
* Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to make an impact.
