Position Overview :
We\'re looking for a high-level experienced salesperson who possesses a direct and engaging telephone demeanor. The successful candidate will be upselling customers to purchase additional later-life planning products. These customers will be active customers who already possess a will with our company, the upsellers role will be to analyze their individual case and sell further products.

Responsibilities
* Upsell existing customers to purchase additional later-life planning products based on their individual case.
* Engage with customers via telephone with a direct and engaging demeanor.
* Analyze customer profiles to identify suitable upsell opportunities.
* Work in a fully remote environment with support and training provided.
Qualifications
* Extensive background in sales, ideally phone sales.
* English as their primary language.
* Autonomo status is required for the role.
* To reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
* Possess a laptop and fast speed internet.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Technology efficiency.
* Adaptable and quick thinking.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Wage & Hours
In this role, you\'ll enjoy a £20,000 basic salary, complemented by enticing commission structures for each successful conversion, offering an OTE of £45,000-£60,000. Commission is a % of sales.
This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role :
* Monday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
* Tuesday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
* Wednesday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
* Thursday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
* Friday - 10-3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
