Experteer Overview In this role you drive new business development for Gartner by targeting non-active clients within your territory, building executive relationships, and converting prospects into customers. You will lead net-new logo acquisition, collaborate across internal and external resources, and manage forecasted growth to meet territory quotas. You’ll master Gartner’s sales approach and hand off closed accounts to account executives for ongoing service. This is a high-impact, cross-functional sales role in a global, performance-driven culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Prospect and develop net-new client opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists and drive conversion to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external networks to penetrate key accounts
- Manage net-new logos and align with territory quota
- Utilize account planning and time management to grow research revenue
- Establish executive relationships and act as trusted advisor
- Handover closed clients to Account Executives within 30 days
- Execute Gartner's sales methodology consistently
- Maintain forecast accuracy on a regular basisResponsabilidades
- Consultative sales experience in high technology selling to large multinational companies
- Ability to establish credibility quickly with new clients
- Proven track record in creating new business and converting prospects to clients
- Proven experience in closing enterprise-wide complex sales solutions
- Ability to think and problem-solve quickly
- Influence across an organization without direct authority
- Ability to articulate a strong value proposition at executive level
- Understanding of technology buying centres
- Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree - desired
