As a Customer Service Specialist within our Player Operations team, you will report to the Head of Customer Service and be part of a team 20, dedicated to providing an awesome customer service to our players – specifically within the Finnishmarket.
Responsibilities
* Provide amazing customer service to all our players via chat and emails in native Finnishand English.
* Respond professionally to a range of live chat and email queries from our players.
* Listen, probe and investigate enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customer.
* Communicate in a prompt, thoughtful, warm and empathetic manner.
* Provide first time resolution where possible .
* Remain vigilant of any suspicious activity and escalate accordingly.
* Look to cross sell and promote at all opportunities
* Identify RG concerns within live communications and provide the necessary support.
* Put the player first at all times!
Requirements
* A Native FinnishSpeaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Customer Service experience or similar role within Igaming would be beneficial but not essential
* A willingness to learn new skills
* A team player!
* Place of hire: Malta or Spain
* Shift work, typically between hours 8 am – 1 am, with the possibility to extend to night shift if the business requires
