We are now looking for a Sales Manager for Southern Europe, ideally based in Spain or Portugal, to accelerate our growth in key markets.As a Sales Manager, you are a proactive sales professional with strong technical expertise and deep industry insight. You bring a solid engineering background and understand the challenges and requirements of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.Responsibilities include:
Drive inbound and outbound sales activities in Southern EuropeAct as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales cycleIdentify and develop new opportunities for our thermal battery in industries such as energy production, oil & gas, steel, food & beverage, and other heavy industriesRepresent Kraftblock at regional industry events, conferences, and trade showsLead customer interactions and design-in processes with support from our engineering teamUnderstand the grid business potential for green energy solutionsMaintain awareness of regional regulatory landscape and subsidy mechanismsHelp shape our internationalization strategy in Europe, especially in the Iberian Peninsula, France, and ItalyManage and achieve sales targetsParticipate in a 6–8 week onboarding program at our headquarters in Sulzbach, GermanyVisit HQ at least twice a yearRequirements:
Strategic thinker and relationship builder passionate about technical innovation and sustainability5+ years in sales, business development, or project development in energy, climate tech, oil & gas, steel, food & beverage, or related industriesStrong understanding of EPC business models, industrial systems, and infrastructure projectsEngineering degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)Experience with renewable energy technologies and decarbonization solutionsUnderstanding of electricity grids and energy transitionFamiliarity with subsidies, grants, and regulatory frameworksHigh initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently and in teamsFluent in English and Spanish;
