Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners.Onboarding PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers.Scaling and increasing capacity of current solutions.Creating and managing a risk register for current partners.Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners.Revising financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve, deposits).Handling partner requests related to merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.).Solving problems related to settlement delays or partner debts.Updating partner information (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager, onboarding specialist, or similar role at payment service providers.Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Fluent in English and Russian.WHAT WE OFFER
