PWe're looking for a creative, hands-on full time contractor to help grow a travel volunteering site's presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. /ppYou'll help create and test videos that grow reach, engagement and awareness across key social platforms. /ppbr/ppWe'd love to hear from you if you: /ppbr/pulliAre fluent in English and Spanish /liliHave hands-on experience creating videos for different social platforms /liliUnderstand what makes short-form content perform, including hooks, pacing, text overlays, trends and storytelling /liliCan write strong captions/hooks and turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos /liliHave a strong eye for visual style and can create content that feels current, natural and brand aligned /liliAre familiar with travel, backpacking, volunteering, cultural exchange or creator-led lifestyle content /liliCan contribute creative ideas from concept through to execution /liliAre comfortable reviewing performance and using insights to improve future content /liliCan communicate clearly, work well with feedback and able to manage your own content pipeline /liliHave used CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar editing tools /li /ulpbr/ppBonus points if you: /ppbr/pulliHave experience with paid social creatives for Meta or TikTok /liliHave your own TikTok, Reels, Shorts or travel/content portfolio /li /ulpbr/ppWhat you'll work on: /ppbr/pulliCreating and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube /liliDeveloping video ideas, hooks, formats and content angles for new audiences /liliReviewing raw footage, UGC and archive content to identify strong storytelling opportunities /liliRepurposing strong videos across platforms while adapting them for each channel /liliHelping video shape content direction based on platform trends, audience response and content performance /liliSharing content ideas, priorities and learnings with the wider marketing team /liliSupporting organic video growth, ad creative variations and other social video initiatives /liliHelping build a more consistent and scalable short-form video system over time /li /ulpbr/ppPlease apply with links to your portfolio, social channels, or examples of short-form videos you've created.
