**Role & Responsibilities**:- ** Product Vision and Strategy**: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and market demands.- ** Backlog Management**: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input, customer feedback, and market research. Ensure that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all team members.- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.- ** Agile Team Leadership**: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that the team understands the product vision and backlog items. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.- ** Feature Definition**: Define user stories and acceptance criteria for product features, ensuring clarity and completeness to guide the development process.- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and iterations.**Required Qualifications/Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Experience with Agile tools and methodologies (e.G., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer value.**Desired Characteristics/Skills**:- Able to pursue Engineering integrity in adverse conditions- Able to interface effectively with most levels of the organization- Lean/Design thinking experience preferred- Experience facilitating/participating in kaizens events- Strategic thinking- Problem solving experience**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:NoLI-Remote - This is a remote position
