Nourish is the largest of the 4 IFF divisions, with approximately $7 billion in sales, around 5,000 employees, serving 43,000 customers worldwide.IFF is very excited to welcome a new “Senior Global Financial Analyst, Nourish” to our team, and we hope it’s you! In this role, you will support overall Nourish sales and margin analysis, as well as ad hoc requirements for Nourish global business review. You will work closely with the finance team and business stakeholders on the following areas:
Monitor daily order book and improve order book analysisProvide regular monthly sales and gross profit analysis vs. previous year, budget, and forecastEnhance reporting of sales by different granularities and angles, such as sales by key customers, customer type (global key accounts, multinationals, regions, distributors), sales channel (Food Services, Private Label), and market segmentImprove reporting accuracy in systems and harmonize various systemsSupport pricing increases, new wins, volume attrition, sales losses consolidation, and analysisSupport forecast and budget planning consolidation and process improvementSupport pipeline implementation reporting and trackingVisualize sales reporting in Power BI to support management review (e.G., order book, monthly sales, GP review, pipeline review)Assist with ad hoc requirements from Divisions CEO & CFO and othersReporting line:
Finance Director FP&A, Nourish GlobalJob Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with large accounting firms and MNCs;
solid experience in topline and margin analysisDetail-oriented with high accuracy in figuresStrong analytical and communication skills;
a good team playerProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
familiarity with SAP, BW, AO, Mybis, Power BIFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesACCA/CPA/Master’s degree is a plusFluent in written and spoken EnglishIFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
