Since 2020, we’ve incubated dozens of game teams, helped secure funding through publishers and public grants, and provided hands-on guidance from industry veterans. Our programs combine entrepreneurial development with real-world production pipelines, helping studios build sustainable careers while crafting innovative games. We also operate a digital campus, host live events, and collaborate with international partners to promote the growth of emerging studios across Europe.

We’re looking for a bilingual Assistant Producer (Spanish & English) to join our game incubator and development Hub. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on production experience in indie or mid-sized teams, who is eager to support both emerging game projects and the operational backbone of a vibrant creative ecosystem.
