Experteer Overview As Planning Inventory Performance Manager for Adhesive EU, you define and drive the end-to-end inventory strategy across 9 Sub-BUs, balancing service level with cost to serve. You will lead governance, KPIs and performance management to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement within Adhesive Operations Europe. You’ll partner with SBUs and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and systems, translating insights into actionable actions. This role offers exposure to global best practices and a chance to shape inventory performance at scale. - Own end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains
- Define, cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional/global standards
- Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive inventory governance through structured reviews, dashboards and reporting
- Partner with functional leaders, SBUs and Process & Systems teams to optimize processes and systems
- Support decision-making with clear insights and recommendations
- Facilitate the EU Inventory Steering Committee
- Represent Europe in the Global Inventory Community of Practice
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional alignment with GSC and SBUs
- Coordinate planning network heads and project teams to ensure execution of initiativesResponsabilidades
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or supply chain performance
- Passion for inventory, planning and optimization topics
- Strong expertise in KPI management and data analytics (Power BI)
- ERP systems experience
- Proven project and change management experience
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma knowledge a plus)Requisitos principales
