At Claire Joster we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll operations accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for employees in accordance with legal and contractual obligations.
* Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.
* Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
* Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
* Support audits and provide documentation as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience minimum 4 years as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor legislation, and tax regulations.
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
* Fluency in English (C1 level).
