Your role as a Manager will involve: Build on and foster awareness of IE University in Spain. Participate in appropriate recruitment & enrollment activities, including fairs, local or regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc. Plan, manage, & implement business development and commercial activities to promote IE’s Master and Executive Education programs. Increase the nu mber of applications, thereby developing a healthy and steady pipeline of candidates. Develop new sales & m arketing channels along with strategic partnerships with companies, institutions, and associations to promote IE’s Master and Executive Education Programs. Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offerings. Coordinate with various IE departments to maximize the institution’s recognition. Build a network of contacts to promote & strengthen the IE University brand. To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Our ideal candidate must have great commercial skills as well as be an advocate of technology usage to manage the candidate experience. An MBA or a Master’s degree from IE University or another leading school At least three years of professional experience in marketing, communications, bus iness development, and/or sales. Proficiency in English is fundamental. Knowledge of o ther European language s would be beneficial. E xperience in an international environment. Proven communication skills, entrepreneur ial spirit, and commercial drive. Must exhibit strong teamwork capability and a po sitive customer-oriented style. Analytical and numerical skills. Must be strategic, innovative, creative, and embrac e new approaches and technology Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude. The position requires travel, mainly within Spain, including overnight stays away from Madrid. Legal authorization to work in Spain This position is a part of the Global Markets Department, and the successful candidate would report to the Regional Director for Spain.
